This course deals with the general concepts and principles pertaining to complex pattern of interaction between the physical environment and biological communities on Earth. Emphasis is also given on the current environmental issues and concerns as well as disaster risk management techniques. This also deals with global environmental initiatives and international environmental partnership. (SDG 17)
